About me

Building from Experience

Hi, I’m Karen! I’ve spent over four years working in Software Implementations and Project delivery. Leading SaaS product launches, software transitions, managing multiple projects and cross-functional work across technical and non-technical teams.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Associate Project Manager and Scrum Master supporting development teams delivering MVPs, and over time as I grew in my current role in Project Implementation, I realized I’m most passionate about the why behind products, understanding user problems and shaping what gets built and implemented.

In completing my Master’s in Information Systems at Northeastern University, I led a product project called Career Navigator, intended to tackle an existing problem, while following the PDLC framework.

I'm actively looking for Associate Product Manager roles. If you're building something interesting, or just want to talk product I'd love to hear from you. Let's Connect!

Product Skills

User Research
User-first thinking. Every product decision starts with a real user problem, not a feature idea.
Competitor Analysis
Evaluated existing solutions to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Product Requirement Gathering
Developed a PRD for the product based off research and stakeholder input. Scope discipline is a product skill.
Design & Prototyping
Created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize the product and gather feedback.
